COOL Idea!

Yipee!
I am so excited!
I am hoping to finally have relief.

Top off that I have the issue of being large.
Added to menopause night sweats.
Include that we do not have any a/c turned on.
And we are HOT!

But?
Now there is a great economically solution.
I can not afford to run my a/c at this time.
Using the bed fan will help us stay cool and not have to use the a/c either.
Frugal savings are always a cool idea.
You know I am always looking for a frugal solution.
How do we stay cooled off, especially with night sweats?

I want a bed fan!
This is the coolest idea ever.
It is a fan that sits at the foot of your bed and feeds up under your sheets.
When you turn it on you get a great cool breeze between the sheets.
Auuuuhhhhhhhh!
That sounds so wonderful to me.
No more sleeping hot!

I have been suffering with the menopause night sweats for over a year now.
Also the fact that when I sleep my body temperature raises.
This is really a product that can make me more comfortable and my husband too!
Simple idea and smart follow through.

time for the woolies to come out

Oh yes, time for the woolies. Beginning to get a chill in the air here most mornings. So now I can finally start to pull out the warm clothes. If you know me at all you know I live in shorts and t-shirts most of the time. Also having hot flashes so much make it even more important. But I look forward to the time I can pull out the sweats, velors and pajama pants to keep all toasty and cozy in. My 21 yr old daughter has a great desire to go back to her baby days and have the footed pj's. So when looking online I found the adult footed pj's. Look at the link attached to my title to get yours. I am sure this is going to be one of her Christmas presents this year. So do you have a time of year you like to pull out special clothes? Or do you like it when you can pack up something instead? As for me, I am chilled so going after my sleep pants right now. TA TA
