We are getting down to the good stuff now. What do I mean? Lunch!
Today is a focus on root veggies. We chopped up onions, sweet potatoes, turnips and potatoes. Fried them up with some pepper and bacon salt. (Yes, thanks to J & D turning us into bacon salt addicts.)
Then at the end added fresh tomatoes. I mean fresh. We have a bowl of green ones waiting on us now.
Add in smoked sausage and lunch is served.
