Now the hard part is that Dear Hubby had hurt his shoulder a couple of weeks ago. He has been using deep heat, pain killers and muscle relaxers to no avail. It seems he is always getting hurt one way or another anyway. But I hate to see him always wincing in pain. You think that I am mean for making him do so much around here this weekend with a hurt shoulder. No, nope and no way!

Most of all it is working for Dear Hubby. He is able to move his arm and shoulder around much better. He also has not taken any of the pain medication and muscle relaxers all week. That I love since I am always worried about harsh medications and how they can become habit forming.
