All Work & No Pain

Goodness gracious a busy weekend here for sure.  We found a used hot tub online for a steal of a price (under $100) that Dear Hubby and friends moved here Friday night.  Then Saturday Dear Hubby worked for half the day.  That evening we went to see College Girl for her directing debut.  Brava!  Now it is Sunday and the chores around here had to be tackled.  Thankfully we were able to get most of it all done.

Now the hard part is that Dear Hubby had hurt his shoulder a couple of weeks ago.  He has been using deep heat, pain killers and muscle relaxers to no avail.  It seems he is always getting hurt one way or another anyway.  But I hate to see him always wincing in pain.  You think that I am mean for making him do so much around here this weekend with a hurt shoulder.  No, nope and no way!

I am not mean, I am wonderful.  You see this last week I started rubbing his shoulder down with  Arnicare® Arnica Gel .  This is made by Boiron, a world leader in homeopathic medicines.  Arnicare Gel, made from Arnica montana a mountain plant from the daisy family, works naturally to ease muscle pain and stiffness due to minor injuries and overexertion. It also works to reduce swelling and discoloration of bruises. Arnica has been commonly used for centuries as a natural pain reliever.

Most of all it is working for Dear Hubby.  He is able to move his arm and shoulder around much better.  He also has not taken any of the pain medication and muscle relaxers all week.  That I love since I am always worried about harsh medications and how they can become habit forming.

You might want to check out the Arnicare Feel Better Faster Sweeps launched on the Arnicare Facebook page.   You can have a chance at winning Arnicare and a $150 gift card to Walgreens!  There is also a corresponding Injuries are Human Nature video.  Arnicare Gel can be purchased at Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid and Whole Foods, as well as independent pharmacies and health food stores for an SRP of $9.99.  Arnicare is also available in several other forms, including cream, ointment, and oral pellets and tablets.  For a $1 off coupon click here.

Now I can not beat the sweeps that you can enter.  But I do have a giveaway to offer you.  You can enter on the rafflecopter below to win your own 2.6 oz tube of Arnicare Gel.  And thanks so to Boiron for helping we with this giveaway.
