My 20 in '12

  • Lose 100 lbs in '12!  Okay, that may not happen.  But I have maintained a massive weight gain now for over a year and its time to kick my ass back into gear. I plan on using Shaklee, Curves and moving my self up and away from all the food I possible can as a few actions to help me along.  I want to go from the picture on the left to the one on the right!

  • Keep paying for my house so we don't lose it!  As well as the rest of the bills.  Really worried on how the economy is going to be this year.  Can not tighten the belt too much more folks.

  • Stop drinking DIET Coke- please pray for my family as I am sure it will kill them all!

  • WALK daily a few blocks and maybe even get up to a jog eventually.

  • Find someone who needs help.  I loved volunteering and need to get out of the house more.

  • 365 days of blogging.

  • Hang out with my mother more.  She is 78 and I do not need to waste the time we have.  I mean, heck, she is right here with me!

  • Read. I did over 150 books this last year.  300 is my goal this year.

  • Attend church.

  • Find a way to bring in more income...how?  I am totally unsure on what at this time.

  • Make a new recipe at least 1x a month.  I get stuck in ruts with our food.

  • Sweep daily.  Mop daily.  Dust daily.  Make the bed daily.

  • Get my house looking nicer.  Think some things are coming down and going out!

  • Get to visit more of my old high school friends.  I know who is top on my list!

  • Play more with the grandbabes.

  • Declutter Challenge.  Have a garage sale or just haul it off.

  • Write for myself.  Creative writing so maybe one day I could actually get a book out?  Ya think?

  • Listen more. Complain LESS!

  • Remember that saying NO is okay.

  • This one is silly but on December 22, 2012 when the world HAS NOT ended and I am 99lbs lighter, I will run outside in my warm woolies (I am not stupid) and laugh like I have never laughed before!

    1. Hey Kiddo! I haven't even had time to think about Resolutions. I always break them anyway. I applaud you though. I guess you read my post about Neita's passing? Well, I guess I better go for now. Just wanted to let you know I am thinking about you. I'm going on vacation starting next Monday and will be back the following Friday or Saturday. Anything you want from Jamaica? LOL! God bless!

      Love ya

    2. Just so you know, I wasn't making light of Neita, by ANY MEANS. I have just cried and cried and cried some more, so I keep trying to force myself to laugh at some things. I am totally lost without my friend.

I will cover more in my e-mail to you.

      Love ya

    3. It's funny you mention declutter. My niece just posted this link: http://www.mysimplerlife.com/decluttercalendar.htm#.TwRe-Adc73U.facebook and I thought I would share with you.

I do have a question for you, well actually a couple questions:

      1. Are you cloning yourself?
      2. Who is going to help you with everything you would like to add to your already busy day?
      3. Can I get some of your willpower and energy?
      4. How did you do that with your picture?? What a motivater that would be.

I do wish you all the best in your new year adventures. I would love to do some of them also.

    4. Hey LoveMy2Dogs,

Not cloning at all. Still more time on my hands than I need. And I do not sleep much so have many hours of the day available. Busy days? Not really. I power clean. 5 minute sweeps of doing stuff. In 5 minutes I can get the house swept and mopped or bed made and laundry going or laundry folded and put up or dishes washed, dried and put away. So I work for 5 minutes then do something else for a bit. Never seems like work that way. Willpower & energy....it is called OCD, a mental illness. LOL But it works in my favor! And Jenjo did the photo for me. Yes, it is a motivator to see what I could really look like! And gosh I so do want to look good once again in my life!
