Deep Down True BBFF

While Mom was in the hospital, I was staying in the hospital house for family.  It was like a lil motel at a discount.  Nice rooms and no tax was special.  I slept better having a room of my own, bed and bath.  Much better than staying in a chair next to mom's bed.  And then running down the hall to run to the bathroom.  Also I could read before I fell asleep.  That is always my habit.  I love reading myself to sleep.  But it is hard to do when you find a book that you do not wish to fall asleep during.  And the one I read there was just that way.

In Deep Down True feels like your reading your own inner diary.  Not so much the events as much as the feelings.  We are all still sorta like a awkward 13 year old inside.  Praying to be accepted by others.  Wanting to show our independence and being fearful of not achieving just that.  Even as grown women with our own kids and life experiences, things get knotted up inside at times.  And then just when we have had enough it seems something else is piled on top.  Finally we blow and pieces of life go flying about, scattering about.  Yes we sweep up the mess and put things back together.  But most often we find that it is best to see that not everything lines right back up.  And here in Deep Down True, that is just the way it falls.  Like real life.  Like it is us there.  Like we can touch those feelings, wants and fears.

This also ties into the feelings I have about my BBFF (Best Blog Friend Forever).  Do you have one of those.  One that makes you feel right at home.  That you can have a cuppa coffee with and spill your guts.  It so happens to me with ladies online.  My first online friends were found via chat before I was 35 (yes over 10 years ago) and we are still connected.  But with my blog I have found a different kinda of BBFF.  Ones that I can share my alter ego with.  (Yes that dancing June Clever look alike inside of me.)  They are sharing this info over at the Real Housewives of Oklahoma.   So of course I want to tell you to visit with mine too.

The first would be the ever present College Girl at An Unusual Outlook on Life.  Yes my very own lil lady who is my BF in life as well as online.  Go and check out her 100 Facts About Me that she posted today.  Another is Other Mother, mom to Princess Emma, that has Rants and Raves.  She is popping back up with her Getting ready for spring!   I feel totally at ease with Tracy at The Crazy Suburban Mom up in New Jersey.  She has a different life but I know I could pop into her house and feel right at home in an instant.  I wish that we had the ability to do just that.  Her son Ben at The Chair Fort would also fit right in with his quirks and intellegence. Well those are my BBFF.  If you get a chance to pop in and visit with them.

  4. You are too sweet and I know what you mean... And I bet you got way good estate sales by you too! Around here they have estate sales and they charge retail for the stuff! Even little church thrift shops print out ebay pages to show what things sell for... I have a feeling other places in the country its not like that... sigh.

Maybe it's not like that where you are?????

Anyway honey! Thank you, your a doll!
