Sleep, I wanna SLEEP!
Yes, I am back into insomniac stage.
Lil or not enough sleep for me is back here again.
6 hrs on Sunday nite (waking at 4am) was not enough.
Monday nite we took another hour off (woke at 3am).
So I thought I would push it and stay up til 130am Tuesday nite so I would sleep through. Yeah did that, woke at 6 am (again 4 1/2 hrs of sleep).
Wed nite (last nite that is) I woke up at 130 am!!!! 4 hours of sleep was all I got.
I am so tired and want to just sleep for 8 hrs without stop.
Is that too much to ask for?

Oh, I went a whole week once on about 4 hours of sleep (not per night...like 4 hours total!) That was a horrible week for me! When I started hallucinating I finally went to the liquor store, bought a bottle of Kalhua and drank enough to put me to sleep. Hopefully you will get some rest soon!
ReplyDeleteI would also like to be able to sleep. My problem is my son, who needs to be moved a lot during the night.

ReplyDeleteHey Kiddo! I wish I had that problem! I can't seem to get enough sleep. I can be sitting here at my computer reading, the next thing I know, it's an hour or 2 later! I just drop off. That happened to me this afternoon. I went to bed last night about 1 or 1:30, got up at 7:30, now for most people, that would be a decent amount of sleep, or at least almost, and usually for me it is, but for the last couple of weeks, I am beginning to wonder if I have nacolepsy (spelling) anyway the sleeping disorder where you just fall asleep for no reason.

ReplyDeleteI usually get 6.5 hours sleep and that's the least amount I can get to really function all day at work. Last week I was working a log in the evenings and was only getting 5.5-6 hrs and every day I thought I would just die of exhaustion by 8pm.
