Do have a Grilling habit? You know what I mean. Warm weather hits and before you can say bar-b-que there is a man in a funny apron with his tongs turning meat over the coals? Well it hits here on a regular basis. If we can slice it, cook it whole or kabob it then the grill is were it goes. Now the best is even better.....Pizza on the grill. Honestly it is the bomb. Here let me share a recipe with you.

Grilled Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

1: can (11 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated thin pizza crust

2: cups cubed cooked chicken

1/2: cup barbecue sauce

1: teaspoon chili powder

1: cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)

1/4: cup finely chopped red onion

1/4: cup finely chopped green bell pepper

Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium heat. Cut 14 x 14-inch heavy duty foil; spray with cooking spray. Place dough on foil; starting at center, press dough to 12-inch round. Place dough on grill, foil side down. Cook, uncovered, 3 minutes or until bottom of crust is light golden brown. Remove from grill. (See how to do this here.)
Using wide spatula, flip crust over so uncooked side is down. In small bowl, combine chicken, barbecue sauce and chili powder; mix well. Spread chicken evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle with cheese, onion and bell pepper.
Place pizza onto grill, foil side down. Cook, covered, an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese begins to melt.

The only down side to this for me is that I am allergic to aluminum foil, thus I use a pizza pan instead of the foil to cover the crust as I grill it. Have all toppings ready to go--the crust cooks quickly. If the crust is cooking too fast, move the pizza to a cooler part of the grill, or reduce the heat.
