Well, I went for my one month check up at the doctor's office.
He is very very happy with me.
Of course the scales there and the ones at Curves are vastly different.
But still showing weight loss.
According to doctors office I am 237 and at Curves I am 241.5.
So there is a 4.5 lb difference.
Which is quite a difference in my eyes.
But it is still showing I am going down, down, down!
Yipee!

Wow! That is a difference but it IS a loss! Way to go!
