Progresso Is Giving Away Goodness

Hey y'all, I just had to share the goodness with ya! Remember how I told you about the Progresso High Fiber soup was being added to my diet program.

    I get more fiber by reading nutrition labels to make sure I am consuming whole grains and eating lots of raw vegetables.
